She is a Chartered Accountant with 17 years’ post qualification experience in the financial service sector, including over 14 years working experience within the Banking Sector (Absa).<br> Palesa is the Head of Liquidity Management (Absa CIB Cash Management Business). She is responsible for leading and inspiring cross functional teams to develop solutions that will grow the deposit portfolio of the Cash Management business. Before her appointment to her current role, Palesa was the Head of Absa CIB Financial Decision Support (FDS) and CFO for Equity Investments.<br> Prior to joining Absa, Palesa was an Audit Manager at KPMG’s Financial Service Department.
